	On March 20th, 2025, it was announced that [[Masako Sato]] would be taking over the directorial role from [[Kenji Muto]], and [[Kiyotaka Oshiyama]] would be the new character designer. It was also announced that the season would be scheduled for a 2026 premiere, and a new teaser visual by Oshiyama was released<sup><ref>https://bsky.app/profile/cg-orange-eng.bsky.social/post/3lkrrsfpibc2g</ref></sup>.
